The Fountain is the source of all the good dreams on Popstar, so it's pretty unusual for anyone to be dreaming about the Fountain itself like this. I thought maybe that means something happened that the Star Rod wants me to know about." Well, it was a good assumption to make. Why else would it bring him here? And maybe Agent 3 has something to do with it if she's here too? Of course it's not like Kirby's an expert on these things.
