Dreams are nothing new to Kirby. He was a resident in Dreamland after all, dreams were really important there. This particular dream was rather more unusual than he was used to though.
He was standing in front of the Fountain of Dreams staring at the rainbow colored water and the star rod perched at the very top. Something about the scene felt vividly real, as if he actually were standing in that place.
"Poyo..." The little pink puff breathed. He couldn't help it. This place was always so pretty. He looked around, taking in the faintly glowing rainbow surroundings and the clear starry sky. "What am I doing here, poyo?"
The fountain was the source of all the dreams in Popstar, so dreaming about the fountain itself was usually pretty significant. Did the fountain want to show him something?
As Kirby glances around, he suddenly hears footsteps approaching from behind. He turns around. "Poyo? Is someone there?"

Kirby had actually almost forgotten about that dream. He was just going about his day as usual, wandering Green Greens in search of food. He'd just gotten done gathering together a pile at least ten times bigger than he was of a large variety of food and was about to eat it all in one go when time stopped and the colors around him faded.
The little puff got up and glanced around, more confused than anything else. Why was everything all weird all of a sudden? "Hey, who did that, poyo?"

Once the other rescuers have convinced him to come along, the little pink puffball takes to wandering around the ship, happily exploring his new environment. He's traveled in space plenty of times before, but never in a ship like this. Usually he just used his warpstar. He's going to poke around at everything he can get to.
"Heehee, wow, this place is great, poyo!" Though he was starting to get hungry again.
