It may not be the best plan, really. It would probably make more sense if his blasters would work, if his vehicle mode could get any traction... But the fact remains that he doesn't want to risk letting her get captured.

He nods decisively, shifting his stance to stay crouched close to the ground as he sets his sights on the rock formation. Before leaving, he pauses, glancing down toward Trucy, and gives a quiet, reassuring beep and a quick thumbs-up. He doesn't know how reassuring that can actually be, under the circumstances, but he's trying.

With that, he digs his feet into the ground and darts forward, his gaze shifting around to keep an eye out for enemies as he heads for the rocks.
