Tiger is intimidated into going along without much pushing - which seems almost out of character, considering how outrageous he's been in the past. Maybe it's his new sense of just how willing people are to kill him if he pushes them to it. At any rate, the whole thing scares him about shitless, and when he sees that it's literally Lesedi Santiago in there to speak with him it's the last nail in the coffin.
Tiger pretty much starts crying immediately and tells them everything, and how it relates to his more disobedient actions. Though he starts out at least a little reluctant, he will end up telling her about all of the memories that have come back to him, minus only a couple intimate details. He'll confess to feeling like he's been going crazy, and plead with her to tell him what's going on. He'd be scared enough of this situation normally, but with his train wreck of a mental state and her special amount of compulsion force, he ends up totally submissive and compliant.
