That's good enough for her. She'll just nod in regards to the thing about the dreams, and it doesn't really indicate if that's what she wanted to hear or not.

She'll send him away soon after, and does no give him any information about what he was there for. Before he leaves, though, she'll say one thing:

"This is between you and me."

And with those words, he'll know, like a visceral, animal-brain reaction, that he really really shouldn't talk to anyone about it.
