So Luci's memory regains are going to be frustratingly minimal, but she's definitely certain something is going on. Realizing that she has no idea why she picked Lucifer as a name has kind of cracked that door open slightly.

But being the sneaky, duplicitous type she is, she's going to pretend nothing is wrong and lie if someone asks about it (whether or not she can successfully lie to her manager is up for debate). Sometimes, though, she'll try to snap to light her cigarette or make some other miracle happen. Obviously, this never succeeds, but she tries.
