A quick interruption for a special power regain...

WELL, WELL, WELL, How you doing Interstellar? This is Bill Cipher-mun with a proposition for ya!

As of New Years, Bill has officially regained his ability to tap into the shared knowledge of the Universe! What does that mean? Well essentially, Bill will go on the same random rants and conspiracy theories he always has but now, with your permission, they can include vague canon factual information! AND HE KNOWS LOTS OF THINGS~
