Luci thinks she hears what Persephone just said, and she tilts her head and frowns. She can't remember what happened, obviously, what Persephone lost in exchange for a dumb cigarette-- plenty of things weren't worth a cigarette, how is she supposed to know?

But she's looking at Amaterasu again with Persephone, the flowers and vines illuminated in the sun and looking so... magical. And it's just the two of them.

"What happened?" she asks after a beat, feeling only slightly embarrassed that she has to ask.
