"Really? I quite like the noise," Sarah says, trying to offer a friendly smile. It always made her think of UNIT - all you'd need would be one shambling horror spotted in the countryside, and the whole place would sound like a box of grasshoppers. Her smile becomes more uncomfortable when she's recognised - just as she's trying to recall what planet she's seen her on, chewing on her finger awkwardly, she heard the 'stray' comment and hardens.
"I'm not a 'stray', I'm a human being!" She rolls her eyes. "Is that how he talks about me when I'm not around? I hate it when he calls me a 'primitive', or a 'creature', or that way he looks at me sometimes with his big eyes like I belong in a zoo. And what are you on about with dogs?" She straightens, thinking aloud - "You must have seen me talking to that nice dog when he dropped me. You were watching. You must be a Time Lord!" That would explain that - timey sort of feeling she gave off, the same one she'd noticed with the Doctor, sometimes, and with Kan'po-Cho-je. "Although I suppose you could be from Aberdeen. Are you?"
