Being polite is really difficult when your partner in the conversation insists on being disgusting. Not that being human is disgusting. He has human friends, and knows a little bit about their physiology. The fact that they're secretly skeletons under all the squishy stuff... it really makes him feel a sense of kinship with them.

But this is too much. "Oh my god, I'm not a dead human. I was born a skeleton!"
