☆REWARDS AND REGAINS: PHASE TWO
☆REWARDS TIME!
► READ ABOUT REGAINS HERE!
Continuing from when they first started in November, the mysterious masked musicians are continuing to attempt to return what's been lost. They both wear masks and have taken on the nicknames Gold and Silver respectively, based on the colours of their helmets - their voices distorted by some kind of internal auto-tuner that makes it sound artificial. Besides these protective helmets, they dress entirely in black.
It's clear now that Gold mostly seems to attend to Pride Records, and Silver mostly seems to attend to Virgo. Gold's personality comes across as light hearted, jovial, and full of showmanship, while Silver is more reserved, serious, and critical. It's seemingly impossible to find them unless they come to you first.
They appear on the edges of performances and press meetings, or even your favourite hang outs, but they never stay for long. Once they talk to you, you’ll know why. They've actively shown themselves to be in conflict with your labels by now - undoubtably, consorting them would be seen as a serious crime. Yet, they seem to choose these meetings carefully enough that you can manage it without getting caught...for now, anyway. They seem just as worried as you are. The execs almost certainly have a bounty on their heads after the kidnapping situation in December.☆WHAT WE ARE
One of these mysterious figures will approach you in a private moment, and each time the conversation will be close to the same. You'll hear them speaking before you ever see them.
"You don't know it yet, but something has been taken from you. If you want, I can help to bring it back."
They are sparing with their words, as if they are afraid of pushing you too far - far enough that it might trigger whatever hold this world has on you. If you express doubt, they will continue.
"Haven't you ever experienced something strange, since you got here? Felt like somehow...you've ended up in the wrong place? In the wrong skin? You're not alone, here, even if it might feel like it. Play along, just for a minute - maybe if you see it, you'll believe."
If you ask how, they'll show you. Each of them carries a strange musical device that, when used, produces a vast variety of sounds - seemingly capable of mimicking most forms of music. They'll ask you to play with them, from your heart, and whether you sing or strum, you'll feel a familiar tune come forth. And part way through your duet, you'll feel something start to change.
The effect may be immediate, or they may appear gradually over a series of days. Either way, though, if you participate, you will be able to regain part of your old self. They seem able to sense how much MP flow you have, based on how much MP you earn in an average month.
1-10: Weak, increasingly below average.
11-20: Seemingly what they're expecting, standard.
21-25: They are impressed at its strength.
25+: Exceptional - yet increasingly common. Something is strange about this batch.
After your first duet, they will appear again occasionally to help you again if you wish. With their sense of you power, they'll also be able to give you an idea of what aspects of yourself you may be able to acquire, if you try - if there are things you remember that you want returned.
If your character declines from the start, they won't pressure you. They'll leave as soon as they get the chance. After recent events, suspicious behaviour like becoming physically aggressive or attempting to photograph or record them will also result in them leaving post haste. They want to do that they can, but they are increasingly cautious. They seem to suspect that some of you may be spies for your labels.
NOTE: If you'd rather not have you character tempted by Contraband assume they never got the chance! Fame Rewards, however, do not require meeting them, or anyone else. In the case of Fame Power, it is something your character is instinctively beginning to learn on their own, and in the case of Fame Fortune, it is something that will be directly gifted to them by their label without direct provocation.
To cash in MP for rewards, use this form:
Source: Contraband or Fame
Reward: Regain Feature, Regain Power, Rewarded Power, or Rewarded Fortune
Level: Mild, Moderate, or Maximum for Contraband or Level 1-5 for Fame
MP Links: Link the AC comments the MP is being drawn from.
Description: What you want. If it’s a power, give us an idea of how it works so we can be sure that it fits the level you’ve indicated.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: Both Gold and Silver are also available for answering questions during these encounters! If you character has something they would like to ask, please submit it along with you regain requests and an answer will come along with your confirmation reply.

Also do they fall under moderate or maximum, depending on if they're a get each one back individually thing or a getting them as a group?

Re: QUESTIONS
My first/immediate assumption would be Moderate but obviously this is your call!

Could a few inches of levitation and manipulating tiny gusts (strong enough to lift up a skirt, close a door, knock over a glass on a counter) be considered a single regain, since they rely on a similar type of manipulation? And if so, would it be minor or moderate?

Like if I had 40 MP next month, could I just jump to Fortune level 2?

The ability to unlock (non-plot related) locks, such as bank vaults and closed up warehouses, would that be considered a minor or moderate regain.

So long story short, while his normal mimicry lets him copy moves that are his skill level or lower, Prefect Copy lets him copy anything he's seen. Physically. As mentioned on the old rewards post he's not going to learn magic from other people. He can use some pretty sweet moves though. There are things he things he can't copy perfectly, because everybody's body is different.
However, using Prefect Copy is a double edge sword, which makes it a trump card to use in desperate situations. It has a time limit and it puts a tremendous strain on his body, once his time is up, he's needs to rest. The time limit is five minutes he can extend this to seven if he turns it off at 3.5 minutes and waits a half hour to turn it back on. I say this would be the equivalent of five tags or less. (or one song for music if he's doing a cover or something) It's even less if he's in the Zone, but for this game he's not going be able to achieve the Zone as he has to playing basketball for that (the Zone requires above average skill and love for the sport, and since this is music it won't come into affect)
One of the skills he can use while in Prefect Copy is called Emperor's Eye which ups his attention to detail to higher degrees and supposedly 'can predict the future' I take this to mean reading body language really well. It's been noted that his is not 100% accurate. (Don't know if he would even use this)
Here's a video of him using Prefect Copy
Oh, and using it makes his eyes glow. Yes, this is a sports anime. I have no idea why he isn't out being a superhero.
so, where how does this rank?

Re: QUESTIONS
You can tell by the wiki that its mechanics are different in different games but KH2 would be most relevant to Sora's canon point, though I'm willing to go with the Cure/Cura/Curaga way of KH1 if you find it better suited to the game environment.
My initial ideas for how to translate these into an rp setting, which of course you are free to shoot down, or suggest something else, or add/adjust limitations where needed:
- The KH2 way: Casting Cure would heal Sora and anyone within a limited radius of himself. It would give a certain "percentage" of healing every time so that small injuries would likely be fully healed but deeper wounds or life-threatening ones would only partially be. I'm willing to work out the limitations of this. No matter what it is that has been healed or how many people he's managed to heal (probably would be a maximum of two besides himself, just going based on the number allowed in Sora's "party" in the game) it would wipe out his ability to cast another spell for an amount of time. It doesn't take long in canon obviously but I'm willing to go with days/week if that's what would be the most fair in the setting!
OR
- The KH1 way: Cure comes as a string of three spells (that can be split up into different regains if needed): "Cure", "Cura", and "Curaga," which have varying strengths in how much they can heal, but can only heal one individual at a time. "Cure" would be the lowest and heal superficial things like cuts and bruises, and could be used the most often but still require resting time before he can use it (or any other spell he might regain) again, like probably an hour or hours? "Cura" could heal down to muscle and bone but no further, and require a longer resting time like a day/days. "Curaga" would be healing things like internal injuries (non-fatal only, if needed) but would require like a week or so of not being able to cast spells.
AGAIN these are just sort of, examples of what I would potentially want from this regain(s)?? But I want to make sure it's all fair and I'm not being unreasonable. Also I'm sorry for the TL;DR too!

Could it also, then, have the power to give someone else memories you have on a limited scale?
So like if it was Kido (it's always Kido) and she's bass-ing her way about life. And she wants to pass along the memory of playing with her siblings and Kenjirou to Momo or something, would that be possible with the mental manipulation?

Garnet is comprised of two individuals, and I was wondering if Garnet can regain their unfused personalities, and if so, what category/level of regain would that fall under? She would not be able to physically unfuse, her mind would just be capable of splitting mentally during certain points (particularly stress or disagreement between the two personalities), with the two each varying on being the dominant speaker during that time.

Regains Question
FMA Spoilers!
So you know those fancy circular designs that are used for alchemy in this series? There are some characters who don't need to draw those or have one present to do their alchemy, instead they just clap their hands and proceed to go about their business with the materials at hand. At the end of the series Roy gains this ability. (Note: All required materials still need to be present and one can only perform the types of alchemy that they have actually studied.)
For the 15 MP weak version of his alchemy regains I've been making it so he has to draw out a circle to do things. Do you think the "clapping" ability should be a separately bought regain (30 MP? Or is that too much?) or do you think it would come for free once alchemy regains are upgraded to the 30 MP medium level regain? (Or wait until the highest 60 MP level for it to return?)
Thank you!

The power in question would basically be stupidly high levels of gravity control to the point of being nigh-unkillable... albeit with offense levels in line with the max for the regain, of course.

So in the past few months, Ankh has regained two of his Core Medals and his ability to sense desires (aka his Greeed sense). The Cores are essentially where his soul/various powers are held in while the human body is just an add-on feature mainly because in canon he had been reduced to nothing more then a monster bird arm: this right here is all there is of Ankh really. A Greeed's body is mainly just made out of Cell Medals and Core Medals, the Core Medals are like the skeleton of the body with one Core acting as the brain while the Cell Medals make up the rest of the body: here's an image that shows how the gray Cells surround the colored Cores. Again, the Cores are the Greeed's soul/power center while the Cells act as the meat around this with one Core (in Ankh's case that is his Taka Medal which he has already) is home to his full consciousness and the Kujaku Core is his association with fire (no powers been regained for that just his body temperature running higher then humans).
Anyways the questions are: A: the Cores have been costing 15 MP each, so does that cost build up to shifting his body to the standard Greed form (basically body made up of Medals) or will that cost extra? And B: if it costs extra, will it be like another moderate change or a major change? He won't be able to do anything with it since he will need a lot of time adjusting (Greeeds actually can't see/taste/feel things like a human can).
