☆NOTES AND RULES AMENDMENTS:

• The minimum comment count for Bonus Content to be valid has been reduced from 10 to 5.
• I am a chumpette who forgot to put a Standard AC section in the AC form, but that has now been remedied. Please update your AC accordingly if you haven't already.
• Since this is the first month, don't freak out about doing things perfectly. AC judgement is going to be gentle this time around.

☆EXTRA SPECIAL BONUS CONTENT:

• Pride Records members who finish their Trial threads by tomorrow evening will receive a 2 MP bonus to their AC. Finishing it by the end of the month will earn only a 1 MP reward, and after that will receive no reward at all. (Unless you are the Funhouse group, in which case you 2 MP regardless because requiring NPC tags + tons of players.)
• Virgo Entertainment members who thread out the entirety of their character regaining their memory wisp in a thread of 8 personal comments or more by the end of the month will gain a 2 MP bonus.

This is the first AC of Interstellar so if anything seems hecked up, let the mods know! Primarily, do this by leaving a comment on this post. If you are planning on dropping, please use the drop page ASAP to avoid being banned from future entry.

Do Twitter threads count towards anything? There's no clear indication that it counts for bonus or anything.

For EVENT MP, do ten comments have to be in the same thread, or they can come from two threads within the same event log?

The latter! They just need to all be in the event log.

I HAVE MULTIPLE QUESTIONS because well you know me I'm awful

1. Can I use event threads both for AC/Bonus AC and to get my 5 MP event bonus? Or can I only use comments in excess of 10 since that is the minimum to qualify for the 5 MP bonus? EDIT: SCRATCH THIS I FOUND THE ANSWER

2. Will future ACs be backtag friendly? Like for example if a thread gets started this month but I am still commenting on it after November 3rd will those comments count toward the next AC? I'm just wondering for the sake of MP hoarding you know.

2. YES. Any comments made after the 25th of the last month are eligible for the next month's AC. So there is roughly a 10 day or so period of overlap between months.

Yeah! Like, we don't really want to see people abusing this (IE having their activity be 100% threads from the month previous), but in terms of MP hoarding it's all good.

Absolutely! This is good knowledge to have! Like I said I'm not too worried about getting 20 comments in new threads for regular AC over the course of a month but it's nice to know that backtags are there if I need an extra MP or two :)

Would this could for Bonus Content MP? It's not any of the specific examples but it seems like it's a little in the same vein.

It wouldn't, unfortunately. Just making reference to a song they've played/written doesn't count.

I meant to ask this days ago but I just want to clarify/ask what the mods would prefer because this might come up for me in future ACs and I've seen it come up on plurk a couple times...

WRT to toplevel comments and posts, would you prefer we go through and count comments for each thread or is it okay to count everything (toplevel included) and use it all as a chunk of comments that we use to get MP. So for example on a toplevel comment that I posted to an event maybe one thread only has 2 replies from me and another has three - all together that's 6 tags from me which could be used for 1 MP, BUT if you'd prefer we break it down I get 0 MP because neither individual thread has 5 tags from me.

I know this is a nitpicky question & I am sorry this is who I am I can't help it

It has to be each individual thread, so in that case it would be 0 MP.

1. For November AC, do we wait until we see another info page like this for this month? Or do we go ahead and put up a comment on the permanent AC page by December 1st?

2. Do new characters have to meet the same requirements as the characters last month? Since they've only been in the game for like two-ish weeks...

I may be jumping the gun on these questions / maybe you're planning to answer them already in a post later. If so, sorry for pestering!
